- Call PhD students and researchers to explain our services
- Understand their research needs and share suitable service options
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-up status
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into clients
- Work with the sales and technical team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
- Keep CRM and reports updated with accurate lead information
