Your responsibilities
- Reseller Management: Prospect, onboard, and manage a network of B2B resellers, VARs (Value Added Resellers), and IT service providers across Germany.
- Channel Enablement: Conduct training and workshops for reseller sales teams to ensure they can effectively pitch Fairphone's unique sustainability and repairability story.
- Sales Lifecycle: Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through the channel to deal closure.
- Forecasting & Funnel: Maintain a clean, accurate sales funnel and provide reliable forecasting for the German B2B market.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) plan that aligns with Fairphone's mission and local market nuances (e.g., ESG requirements and the Lieferkettengesetz).
