About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) experience in any field. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across corporate sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.


Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in any field (IT Hardware sales or corporate sales preferred).
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
