- Fladger Associates is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – US Staffing with a strong background in direct client acquisition and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, managing strategic partnerships, and driving overall business growth within the US staffing market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage direct clients and vendor accounts within the US staffing market
- Develop new business opportunities through MSPs and VMS platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, contract negotiation, and account management
- Maintain and continuously update a strong database of clients, vendors, and decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, pricing structures, and client requirements
