    Job Description

    * Develop and implement strategic growth plans that drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, expand the customer base, and increase value from existing clients through targeted prospecting and strategic partnership * Lead business development initiatives and organize outreach programs such as webinars, symposiums, and workshops to generate new opportunities * Achieve business development targets for Didactic equipment and training business by collaborating closely with marketing and delivering targeted proposals * Manage grant administration, bidding processes, and ensure smooth execution of programs as part of core responsibilities

    The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience in business development with a track record of driving revenue, expanding customer base, building strategic partnerships, managing programs and bids with strong market insight in Didactic equipment and training sector
