Responsibilities of the Candidate
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities in CRM or reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-4 years of proven experience in IT services or IT product sales (B2B preferred).
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed IT, and Software Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Experience in handling national/international clients (e.g., India, US, UK, UAE) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, etc.).
Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 + Incentives (20,000)
