Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities in CRM or reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-4 years of proven experience in IT services or IT product sales (B2B preferred).
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
