  • OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ·Scout for new partners/products andrecommend product for elevation to senior leadership and Executive leadership
  • ·Developrobust business cases for all product categories for both the US and Canadianmarkets: (1) Institutional, (2) Retail and (3) OTC
  • ·Createslides for team meetings/meetings with senior and executive leadershipincluding deal closure books “DRC,” Deal Review Committee) as well as DealMemo’s
  • ·Assist withdrafting of non-binding term sheets and support the BD team with agreementnegotiations
  • ·Help tomanage due diligence on new BD deals; work with key internal stakeholdersincluding, but not limited to, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management,Formulation and Analytical R&D, Commercial, Head of Canada Business,Intellectual Property and Quality
  • ·Travelto various conferences and meet Glenmark partners
  • ·AssistBD team on budget process and long-range planning
  • ·Build network of trusted globaldevelopment and manufacturing partners
  • DESIREDEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • ·At least 5 years in apharmaceutical company in portfolio and/or BD functions
  • ·Must have concise, clear verbaland written communication skills
  • ·Must have experience incommunicating with global companies
  • ·Must have excellent analyticalskills especially financial modelling
  • ·Must have experience inutilization of IQVIA
  • ·Intermediate understanding of thesmall molecule pharmaceutical life cycle
  • ·Intermediate understanding ofHatch Waxman, Quality and Regulatory as they relate to the evaluation of BDdeals
  • ·Excellent Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint and Word skills
