Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dumaguete. The role involves the following:

• Generate and manage client leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Qualify prospects and convert leads into active clients
• Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
• Work closely with the sales and management team to meet growth targets

• Strong background in business development & sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Experience in market research & trend analysis
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (closers, not talkers)
