We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Agent to join our sales team in Panchkula. This role is ideal for seasoned sales professionals with strong B2B enterprise exposure who can drive software and digital transformation solution sales through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise clients across industries
- Drive sales of ERP, RPA, AI, and other digital transformation solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
