Tendo by Tonik is seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager – Business Development to help accelerate our growth across new markets, segments, and product opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify and evaluate high potential sectors and customer segments where Tendo can expand its lending footprint.
  • Conduct market scans, competitor assessments, and data-driven evaluations to uncover new business opportunities.

2. Business Case Development & Advocacy

  • Prepare clear, compelling, and data backed business cases for new segments, product variations, and strategic initiatives.
