We are a Western Australian, family-owned transport business located in Wangara. Our operations provide critical logistics services to mine sites across the Pilbara and throughout Australia, operating 24/7, 365 days a year. While this role is based in WA, we are a national company with the expectation of approximately two trips per year to Queensland.

About the Role

This position is designed for a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented professional. You will play a key role in expanding our business by developing new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing LR Hotshots across key industry sectors.

Key Requirements

  • High level of energy, professionalism, and maturity
  • Strong attention to detail, including accurate use of software and self-management of tasks (e.g. recording customer visits and scheduling follow-up meetings)
  • Ability to confidently promote and explain our in-vehicle camera and fatigue management systems to customers
  • Strong knowledge of safety and transport operations (essential)
  • Experience within the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Energy resource sectors
  • Knowledge of parts and equipment used within these industries
  • Demonstrated long-term employment history preferred
  • Non-smoker preferred
  • Full-time role: 38–40 hours per week
  • Part-time role also considered: 24–32 hours per week
  • Salary: $145,000 per annum + $10,000 KPI-based bonus (full-time equivalent), pro rata for part-time hours (commensurate with experience)
  • Company-provided vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop
  • National travel expectations: ~2 trips per year to Queensland
