Business Development Manager
$80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Bonuses (Pending Experience)
Kewdale Location
5 Weeks Paid Annual Leave
Optional 9 Day Fortnight OR One Day Off Per Month
Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of prestige access equipment that operates on a national scale. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to assist their growing team.
What will this position see you responsible for?
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities and maintain existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
- Attending relevant networking events and seeking new leads.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous experience in a similar position with B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test (required for the position).
- Full working rights.
