Job Description
- Drive new business opportunities across brands, startups, and corporates
- Identify, pitch, and close retainer and project-based opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Work closely with Strategy, Client Servicing, and Creative teams to shape winning proposals
- Understand client objectives and translate them into commercially viable scopes
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets consistently
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (agency experience is a big plus)
