Job Description

  • Drive new business opportunities across brands, startups, and corporates
  • Identify, pitch, and close retainer and project-based opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with Strategy, Client Servicing, and Creative teams to shape winning proposals
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into commercially viable scopes
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets consistently

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (agency experience is a big plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, influencers, and paid media
