Position: Business Manager – Technical Sales – Pharma & Key Accounts

Objective: We want engineers who sell engineering solutions into pharma plants and

pharma machinery OEMs.

1 for Each Job Location- Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience: 5–12 years


Mandatory Fit :

- We require Engineers who sell to Pharma Companies

- Engineering / Science background – Post Graduation - Process / Chemical/

Biochemistry / Biotech

- Preferred sales experience - filtration, WFI, pharma plants / Process Systems / TFF/

Sterile equipment’s / Pharma machinery OEMs, Single use Technologies

- Comfortable with pharma / Biotech product/ process / filter validation / P&IDs/ utilities

- Past & Current Client persona: Pharma/Biotech End users, Engineering consultants,

Project and Purchase Managers


Detailed Job Description:

Excellent written and oral communication skills required,

Promoting and selling a range of pharma and biotechnology filtration products

Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to attract new

business

Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and staying current with industry trends

Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers

Communicating product benefits and features to potential and current

customers

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and establishing new relationships

with potential clients

Working closely with the product development team to understand new product

features

Preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets

Attending industry conferences, seminars, and networking events

Providing feedback to the company about the market, product issues, and

customer concerns
