Role: Business Development Manager (Healthcare/Pharma)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5-10 Years

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in clinical research, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
  • Emphasizes site capacity, patient pool, and operational efficiency at the site level.
  • Having experience on global capabilities, regulatory expertise, and ability to manage complex, multi-site trials is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience managing clients and BD teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
