Job Description
The key objective of the Business Development Manager is to assist the Business Development Senior Manager in acquiring and expanding business with existing customers while contributing to the growth and profitability of Fast Services Corporation. This role involves effectively planning, leading, organizing, and controlling departmental activities and developing business development and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring and expanding services, identifying new opportunities, and developing aligned strategies.
- Design and present customized logistics or service solutions that address client needs and optimize operations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage proposals and negotiations, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Lead and support the team through effective resource planning, performance management, and coaching.
