Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Dealer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM dealerships (automotive/electronics).
  • Act as the primary liaison for dealership sales teams regarding insurance products.
  • Conduct regular visits to ensure engagement and address dealer-level concerns.

Sales Activation & Target Achievement

  • Drive motor insurance sales through bundled offerings at dealerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (GWP, policy count, conversions).
  • Monitor dealer performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Training & Enablement

  • Train dealership staff on insurance products, USPs, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct refresher sessions and workshops.
  • Provide sales collaterals, brochures, and digital enablement tools.

Campaign Execution

  • Roll out local sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
