Job Title: Business Development Manager (Redevelopment)

Role Objective

Strengthen the company's growth pipeline by sourcing, evaluating, and closing land acquisition and redevelopment opportunities with strong commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities (High Level)

• Identify land parcels, redevelopment projects, and JV/JDA opportunities
• Build and manage a steady pipeline of acquisition and redevelopment deals
• Lead negotiations with landowners, societies, brokers, and partners
• Conduct basic feasibility, FSI, and ROI assessments
• Support deal closure and handover to project execution teams
• Coordinate with Legal, Liaison, Finance, and Design teams
