Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20-25 LPA)
Location: Surat (HQ) | Metro cities possible with monthly Surat visits

This is a non-traditional Business Development role focused on building and scaling the retail engine. The role owns retail expansion end to end—store launches, performance, P&L, and team building—while working closely with the Founder and senior leadership to create a scalable, high-performing retail network.

- Lead end-to-end store openings across company-owned and franchise formats.
- Drive commercial negotiations, manage timelines, and ensure flawless launch execution.
