Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth across Clearway's enforcement, security, and property services.
With an annual revenue target of £1m, this role combines account management, client retention, and new business development, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service while expanding our client base.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll play a key part in achieving group-wide sales objectives, building strong client relationships, and maximising opportunities across our full range of services.
What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue Generation
Deliver an annual sales target of £1m through account management and new business.
Manage a strong and active sales pipeline from enquiry to conversion.
Develop tailored proposals across enforcement, security, and property services.
Identify and deliver cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management
