Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager responsible for new client acquisition and deal closures.

This is an end-to-end sales role where you will independently manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

- Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities (inbound and outbound)

• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings

• Pitch services based on client requirements

• Negotiate commercials and close deals independently

• Achieve 4–5 client closures per month

• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

• Track and report sales performance regularly
