We are representing an international industrial & consumer products group that is expanding its office equipment business across South America . The company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive distributor development, regional sales growth, and key project execution.
The role is remote-based in Brazil initially , with a planned transition to onsite work in Brazil from April .
Responsibilities
Drive regional sales performance and gross margin achievement across South America.
Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in multiple South American countries.
Leverage existing industry resources to accelerate customer acquisition.
Lead key customer projects and coordinate joint sales efforts with local partners.
Manage complex product portfolios with multiple SKUs.
Execute pricing strategies, new product launches, and GTM plans.
