A Business Development Manager is a sales professional who helps an organization to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Their duties include searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new customers in the allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BDM has to be in field majority of the working hours.
  • Reporting on the day's work is compulsory to Reporting manager through Mail/SMS/whatApp/apart from personal interaction when he is instructed to visit the HO in Chennai
