Role Summary

The Offshore Business Development Manager supports US revenue growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities related to AI staffing and AI Pod–based services. This role focuses on lead generation, vendor outreach, opportunity coordination, and sales operations, working closely with US leadership and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify US-based vendors, service providers, and partners with AI engineering or AI service needs. Track open opportunities through job portals, vendor platforms, and professional networks. Conduct outreach to recruiters and vendor managers, share relevant AI engineer profiles and AI Pod capabilities, and manage structured follow-ups.
