Role

Business Development Manager at GAC Cargo System Sdn Bhd. This role requires strong market knowledge, customer focus, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be the key sales driver for our logistics services by identifying, developing and growing business opportunities in our Logistics department.

Responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring and growing new customers for logistics services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, and Oil & Gas (Energy) logistics solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development KPIs.
  • Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders and the sales team.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
