Job Description

  • Responsible to achieve production, recruitment and overall manpower target set by the Management.
  • Responsible in developing, sustain and expand the efficient of Distribution Channels at Branch.
  • Conduct performance review meeting with agency leaders to ensure the branch target can be achieved.
  • Initiative and organize sales events, workshops, seminars, roadshows to improve agency activity and productivity.
  • Promote robust agency manpower development through BOP, recruitment workshop and direct appointment of new leaders.
  • Joint field work recruitment with agency leaders. Conduct selection interview to appoint the right candidates.
  • Effective communication with agency force on company's directives, rules and regulations, contract continuance, awards and recognition program.
  • Assist the company in resolving customer complaints that are related to the agency force's conducts.
