Responsibilities
Identify and create new sales opportunities to increase clients base for MOVE (moving services) and RELO (Immigration, Destination, Assignment Management services)
Develop strong network in the market, expand new contacts and accounts
Implement a disciplined process on clients’ activities and build a strong and reliable pipeline • Collaborate with sales leaders and management to maximize clients’ engagement and acceleration
Be a subject matter expert and deliver consultative advice, best practice and industry updates to clients
Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation for HR, global mobility and procurement executive level • Meet/exceed agreed revenue targets
Meet/exceed agreed new appointment targets
Weekly Huddle with Malaysia team on sales activities and accounts progression • Engage in events as an ambassador for Santa Fe Relocation
