Business Development Manager – Merchant Services

About the Role:

Join MyPOS, a global leader in payment solutions, as a Business Development Manager. This is a self‑employed, commission‑only role where you’ll represent a trusted international brand with over 300,000 business customers across Europe breaking into the Irish market.

If you have retail or general sales experience and the drive to succeed, this opportunity offers uncapped earnings with realistic on‑target earnings of€55,000 –€65,000 per yearwhile strong performance can expect up to €100,000.

You’ll enjoy the freedom of self‑employment while benefiting from the support of CPM, Ireland’s largest sales agency.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Acquire new business customers in your territory
  • Deliver and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships and trust with prospects
  • Manage your pipeline with structured planning and reporting
  • Represent MyPOS and CPM with professionalism and integrity
  • Stay ahead of competitors with industry insights and product knowledge

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, retail, or customer‑facing roles
  • Target‑driven mindset with proven results
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Full Irish driving licence & fluent English

    • *B2B Sales experience preferred but no essential as full training will be provided*
