Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a healthy managed services sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular pipeline forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Track deal progress and proactively address risks to closure.
  • Identify, pursue, and successfully close new BPO business opportunities across targeted industries.
  • Lead client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with senior‑level client stakeholders.
  • Monitor account growth targets and support revenue forecasting for managed services clients.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to maintain commercial alignment and sustainable margins.
