Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy managed services sales pipeline.
- Provide regular pipeline forecasts and revenue projections.
- Track deal progress and proactively address risks to closure.
- Identify, pursue, and successfully close new BPO business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Lead client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with senior‑level client stakeholders.
- Monitor account growth targets and support revenue forecasting for managed services clients.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to maintain commercial alignment and sustainable margins.
