Role & Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit high-potential agencies, agents, and brokers
  • Onboard OEMs, dealers, and brokers in target markets
  • Focus on expanding health and non-motor insurance business

Sales Growth

  • Set monthly targets for agents and closely monitor their performance
  • Share renewal data and ensure timely follow-up on policy renewals
  • Assess risk factors and make informed business decisions to ensure profitability

Agent Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with agents
  • Conduct regular product training and cross-selling sessions
  • Gather feedback, resolve agent issues, and ensure a high level of agent satisfaction
