Job Description

Our client is expanding rapidly across Europe and is seeking an experienced, high-performing Business Development Director to lead growth in the Nordic region . This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in the payments or fintech space, deep knowledge of the Nordic financial ecosystem, and established relationships across banks, fintechs, PSPs, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle — from market mapping and prospecting to pitching, negotiating, closing, and activating clients.
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across key Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland).
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the region, landing strategic clients and accelerating revenue growth.
