Business Development Manager

Job Summary

:Drive business in the new construction segments of Single family across the US. Works with Single Family National, Regional, local builders, Designers, plumbers, and wholesalers to grow market share in new construction segment for Pfister faucets. Manages the process by working internally with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

(25%) Implements a business plan to strategically grow territory and maintain business while improving profitability (Single Family)

(20%) Develops and maintains influential relationships with key decision makers of new construction locally and regionally

(20%) Works with plumber Territory Managers to convert opportunities. NAM is considered the expert and go to person regarding all SF activity

(10%) Coordinates, tracks, and organizes all data pertaining to current builders under contract.
