Base pay range

A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

Overview

Our client, a renowned supplier of timber flooring solutions within the residential trade sector, is seeking a skilled and passionate Business Development Manager to join their Sydney team.

Responsibilities

  • Growing and reactivating new relationships from an existing database; managing all new client leads from start to finish
  • Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within the design industry
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Responding to and closing sales inquiries
  • Maximising order profitability
  • Developing compelling pitches and presentations
  • Representing the company with integrity and professionalism

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience within the design industry, preferably in timber or flooring
  • An understanding of design trends and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for building relationships and a knack for identifying opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable and confident communicating with Builders, Developers and Investors
  • Be rewarded with a commission structure
