Job Description

The Business Agreement Manager heads a cluster of BDMs focused on business agreement execution with property developers. This role ensures that agreements negotiated by the BDMs are converted into actionable, compliant, and revenue-optimized contracts, and are operationalized efficiently. The role is accountable for driving timely contract completion, risk mitigation, cost efficiency, monetization, and operational alignment across the cluster. It cultivates strong relationships with property developers and internal stakeholders, drives strategic initiatives to optimize CAPEX and OPEX, and ensures that Globe remains the partner of choice for connectivity and telco requirements in managed developments.
