About the role
Pinzak is looking for a Business Development Manager – Tech & Apps
to help us acquire
mid-size and large clients globally
across tech, mobile apps, gaming, SaaS, and digital products.
This role is for someone who is
results-driven
, comfortable owning revenue, and experienced working with
international clients
. You should be confident running a full sales cycle and using
CRM and automation tools
to scale pipeline and close deals.
What you'll do
• Prospect and engage mid-market and enterprise clients globally
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
• Run discovery calls and present Pinzak's services to decision-makers
• Build, manage, and forecast pipeline using CRM tools
• Use automation tools to scale outbound and follow-ups
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing on positioning and pitch
• Close deals and grow long-term client relationships
What we're looking for
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive roles
• Track record of closing
mid-size or large deals
• Experience selling into tech, mobile apps, gaming, SaaS, or digital services
• Fluent English (Spanish or other languages a plus)
• Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Familiarity with
sales automation tools
(Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot workflows, etc.)
• Comfortable with targets, pipeline ownership, and performance-based incentives
Nice to have
• Existing network in tech, mobile, or digital ecosystems
• Experience selling marketing, growth, or tech services
• Startup or agency background
