JOB PURPOSE:

The Business Development Manager – Telecom is responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities within the UAE telecom sector, focusing on projects related to Huawei and Nokia and engaging with Etisalat and DU. The role drives revenue growth through client acquisition, key account management, tender participation, and coordination with technical and project teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in telecom infrastructure, rollout, optimization, and maintenance projects.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Etisalat, DU, Huawei, Nokia, and their approved contractors and vendors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
