Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead Sikorsky Aftermarket strategy efforts focused on International Military & Commercial helicopter operators. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, expand customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the Sikorsky Aftermarket sector in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role requires a strong understanding of the rotary-wing aircraft industry, excellent business development skills, flexibility of working hours schedule, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This position reports up to the Sr. Manager of Aftermarket, Business Development.
