Manage customer initiatives for a specific set of customers in the following areas: new products, order processing, product replacements, quotations, change orders, as well as keep abreast of organizational changes at the customer, and prepare client summaries for the Business Review Process. This role is critical as a single point of contact for customer support, including resolution of issues and communications on existing and new business.

Essential Functions

  • Manages customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Sells and markets TT Electronics Products to new and existing clients.
  • Builds and manages a pipeline of prospects from searching activities and incoming leads.
