Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in the US IT staffing market . This is not a bench sales role . The BDM will focus on acquiring new clients and vendors, expanding accounts, and building long-term revenue partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings strong US client/vendor connections , understands the US staffing ecosystem, and can position RS Integrators as a trusted staffing partner.

Acquire and onboard new US clients and vendor partners
Execute MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
Grow existing accounts for repeat and exclusive business
Client & Vendor Management
Engage with account managers, procurement, and hiring managers
