Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in the US IT staffing market. This is not a bench sales role. The BDM will focus on acquiring new clients and vendors, expanding accounts, and building long-term revenue partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings strong US client/vendor connections, understands the US staffing ecosystem, and can position RS Integrators as a trusted staffing partner.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Growth
- Acquire and onboard new US clients and vendor partners
- Execute MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Grow existing accounts for repeat and exclusive business
