Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US Staffing to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with US clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct end clients, and a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in US IT & Non-IT staffing
- Establish and manage relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
- Generate new requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of job openings
- Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs with clients
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality submissions
- Manage client expectations and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, market rates, and hiring demands
- Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and negotiations (US time zones)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a BDM / Sales Manager in US Staffing
- Strong network of clients
- In-depth knowledge of US staffing models (C2 C, W2, 1099)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and sales process
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New client acquisition
- Number of active job requirements
- Revenue generation and growth
- Client retention and repeat business
- Conversion ratio (leads to closures)
