Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US Staffing to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with US clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct end clients , and a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in US IT & Non-IT staffing
Establish and manage relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
Generate new requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of job openings
Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs with clients
Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality submissions
Manage client expectations and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
Stay updated on US staffing trends, market rates, and hiring demands
Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and negotiations (US time zones)
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a BDM / Sales Manager in US Staffing
Strong network of clients
In-depth knowledge of US staffing models (C2 C, W2, 1099)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and sales process

New client acquisition
Number of active job requirements
Revenue generation and growth
Client retention and repeat business
Conversion ratio (leads to closures)
