Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US Staffing to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with US clients, MSP/VMS programs, and direct end clients , and a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in US IT & Non-IT staffing
  • Establish and manage relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
  • Generate new requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of job openings
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs with clients
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality submissions
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends, market rates, and hiring demands
  • Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and negotiations (US time zones)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a BDM / Sales Manager in US Staffing
  • Strong network of clients
  • In-depth knowledge of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and sales process
