The team is building a high-performance execution layer for on-chain trading — a Solana-based rollup delivering sub-millisecond latency and over 30,000 orders per second. As the organization moves from build to scale, it is hiring a Business Development Lead to convert this technical advantage into liquidity, volume, revenue, and category presence.
The project is backed by prominent trading and crypto investors across the industry.
The Role
You will own commercial outcomes across market makers, trading firms, whales, liquid investors, and key ecosystem partners. This is a high-impact role centered on sourcing, closing, and scaling the deals that shape liquidity and overall growth.
This is not a surface-level partnerships position — it is a commercial seat responsible for capturing value, structuring profitable deals, and driving core liquidity.
