Business Development Manager
Location: West Midlands (field-based, 1-2 days in office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + commission | Company car provided

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing, family-run fresh produce business, helping drive growth into new categories and retail partners across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Target and secure new retail accounts across the UK
- Build lasting relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand presence in existing retail accounts
- Represent the business at customer meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Work independently, managing your own schedule and territory
