Job Overview:

We are seeking an initiative-taking and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM practices. The primary focus of all new business activities will be in the Manufacturing market. The secondary focus will be on the institutional market. This position reports directly to MAKA Power’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target Market Development, Opening, Growth & Strategic Upselling
  2. CRM System Management & Data Integrity
  3. Sales Performance Forecasting & Reporting

Key Deliverables:

  1. New Business Revenue Growth
  2. Quota Achievement: % of upsell/renewal/expansion target met.
  3. New Business Budget Achievement. Net new sales generated.
  4. Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Contracts. # Contracts signed
