About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to work closely with our CEO and commercial team. You will help shape how Ascento builds relationships with global clients and deploys robotics and AI solutions at scale. This is a hands-on, full-cycle BD role in a fast-growing robotics startup - perfect for someone who enjoys both technology and people.
What You Will Own
Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority markets
Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Deliver compelling demos of Ascento's robotic solutions to customers on-site and remotely.
Gather insights from the field to influence product development and our international go-to-market strategy.
Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout deployment.
