Job Title: Business Development – Enterprise Sales (Field Sales)


Location: Khar, Mumbai

Experience Required: 5+ Years in Enterprise/IT Sales with Field Sales expertise

About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant to manage and grow key enterprise accounts in Mumbai. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Networking, Hardware, and Server Storage solutions, along with proven expertise in field sales, relationship management, and solution-based selling.


 

Key Responsibilities



  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle with a target-driven approach.

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with enterprise-level decision-makers.

  • Conduct regular field visits to client sites for presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.

  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and design tailored technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client requirements effectively.

  • Develop and present impactful proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and sales decks.

  • Strategically identify and target key accounts for growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with alliance partners and OEMs to create revenue opportunities.

  • Ensure post-sales client satisfaction and long-term account retention.


 

Candidate Requirements



  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, including mandatory field sales exposure.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud platforms, Networking solutions, Hardware, and Server Storage.

  • Background in IT architecture, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology solutions.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.

  • Experience with C-level presentations and consultative selling.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exposure to Analytics and AI/ML solutions is preferred.
