We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to work closely with senior leadership and large global organizations. This role involves representing a cloud/SaaS-based technology solution, building long-term enterprise relationships from the ground up, and driving revenue through new business acquisition as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative sales experience, C-level engagement exposure, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, agile environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, product demonstrations, client evaluations, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and revenue closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Understand, assess, and validate client requirements and translate them into long-term enterprise contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, technology, finance, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution deployment aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track pipeline health, analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and provide inputs for refining go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, demos, workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience with a proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused approach.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within a technology or SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of consultative, quota-driven enterprise sales.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, system integrations, SOW creation, RFI/RFP documentation, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and sales automation tools; experience with executive-level presentations is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) across geographies to support enterprise clients.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-growing, multi-tasking environments.
